Prenatal yoga (Course)

A course spanning 7 sessions
These classes are taught in English.
Prenatal yoga is for those of you who are pregnant – no matter how far along you are in your pregnancy.
We do yoga exercises and breath work that open, strengthen, stabilize, and relax your body, which might experience strain during pregnancy.
Yoga during pregnancy can act as a break from the daily hustle and bustle and an opportunity to accommodate the many changes happening in your body and in your life. Previous yoga experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Prenatal yoga instructor
Anu (born in 1972 in Finland) is a yoga teacher, dance educator and choreographer. At Yoga med Vinger, Anu teaches pregnancy yoga, in which she holds certificattions and extensive teaching experience.
Anu has lived in Copenhagen with her family since 2014 and speaks some Danish - but teaches in English.
