ZOOM-Morning Yoga

Roll out your yoga mat, open your device and get ready for at-home morning practice with Anu. This is a great way to start your day.

At 7.30-8.00, Tuesdays and Thursdays

Price: 60 kr.

 

The 30 min. full body practice focuses on different body parts: it strengthens the core, opens up the shoulders, the neck, the sides of the body, and the hips, as well as mobilising the spine and toning the legs. The flow is slightly different every time, and easy to follow on zoom.

 

"It has truly been a pleasure to teach the morning practice via zoom. You do your practice at home, but connect with the other course-takers in realtime. I warmly welcome new students to come and try it.

My hope is that after the practice you feel refreshed, more peaceful and you are ready to start your day."

 

The cost is 60 kr. per class, paid via Mobile pay before the class.

By signing up you'll get the email with a Mobile pay number and a zoom link. The email will be sent 30 min. before the class and zoom opens 5 min. before the class. You can choose to practice with your camera on or off.

For newcomers: You can buy a three-time package for 120 kr. for try it out (just mention the three times package when you make the payment).
